Vanesa Maseda es el alma de Joselito my fren, una marca que cuenta con cinco años de vida. Gallega de nacimiento y afincada en Madrid, es licenciada en Administración y Dirección de empresas, pero desde niña trató de expresar su creatividad asistiendo a numerosos talleres de arte, pintura, música… todo lo que le permitiera trabajar con las manos.
Sus primeras creaciones, unas coloridas flores de fieltro, tuvieron un rápido éxito en los mercadillos navideños, lo que la animó a seguir adelante. Un encuentro casual la llevó a diseñar dos pequeñas carteras, las dos primeras y el embrión de las magníficas obras que hoy produce.
Completamente artesanales, su acabado es impecable y sus materiales son seleccionados con mucho cuidado, utilizando telas de los años 70, que le permiten crear ese maravilloso estilo vintage. Cintas, lentejuelas y fotos antiguas completan un conjunto perfecto.

Vanesa Maseda is the soul of Joselito my fren, a brand that has been going for five years. Galician-born and settled in Madrid, she is a graduate of Business Administration and management, but from a young age she has tried to express her creativity by attending many workshops in art, painting, music … anything allowing her to work with her hands.
Her first creations, some multi-coloured felt flowers, took off successfully in the Christmas markets, which encouraged her to keep going. A chance encounter led her to design two small purses, her first two and the seed of the magnificent pieces she produces today.
All completely handcrafted, her finish is impeccable and the materials she uses are selected with great care, using fabrics from the ‘70s to create that wonderful vintage style. Ribbons, sequins and old photos complete this perfect collection.
